| 摘 要： | 当前学术腐败现象的突出表现有抄袭成风,不引不注;文无新意,总体平庸;学术失范,署名搭车等等。学术刊物的学术腐败问题,与编辑的徇私、失察、漠视、懈怠、惧名、畏势密切相关。为此,编辑应该提高认识、明确使命,增强素质,加强自律。

| Abstract: | Academic corruption phenomena at present find their expressions in plagiarism,lack of clearly marked citations and innovations,loss of academic values,lift-signature,etc,.Editors' practice of favoritism,oversight,indifference,irresponsibility,being afraid of the renowned figures and power are mainly responsible for the academic corruption.Editors should therefore be more selfdisciplined and highly elevated in their personal qualities and more aware of their responsibilities on their shoulders. |
