| 摘 要： | 文章结合简化太极拳教学特点,对在教学中讲解、演练动作攻防含义的教学效果作了比较性研究,并从生理和心理的角度探讨了其在教学实践中的有效作用,得出结论:讲解、演练攻防动作在简化太极拳教学中具有较强的可行性。

| Abstract: | Considering the simplified Taijiquan teaching peculiarity,this article makes a comparative research on explaining and drilling the attack and defense's meaning in simplified Taijiquan teaching.According to the physiology and psychology,it explores its strong effect,and finally obtains the conclusion that explaining the attack and defense knowledge is much more advanced and available in teaching practice. |
