高校教师教学质量评估方法研究

摘    要:对教师进行教学质量评估必须坚持促进教师提高教学质量原则;科学合理、客观、公正原则;全员参与广泛收取数据原则;理论与实际相结合原则;主观与客观相结合原则。以学生作为评估教师教学质量的重要信息源,确立科学、合理的评估体系,对教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果诸方面加以洲评,从而达到以评估促提高之目的。

Abstract:Teaching quality is the cardinal criterion of sohool level,and the evaluation on teachers teaching quality is one of means to promote teaching quality.Evaluating teacher's teaching quality must insist on the principle of improving teacher's teaching quality,the principle of science,reason,objective and fairness,the principle of full partiapation and collecting data widely,the principle of conbination of theory and practice,the principle of conbination of subjective and objective.With students as the main resource of evaluating teacher's teaching quality,the establishment of the scientic and rational evaluating system,the teacher's teaching attitude,content,method and the effect etc.are totally evaluated,and the promotion with evaluation is eventually achieved.
