| 摘 要： | 培养人才,必须把坚定正确的的政治方向放在首位;必须加强马列主义、毛泽东思想特别是邓小平理论"三个代表"重要思想的教育,作为提高学生思想政治素质的根本任务;必须以理想教育为核心,注重人才的全面发展。高校思想政治工作要加强创新精神的培养,要注重培养学生的实践能力。培养高素质人才,在学生中弘扬时代的主旋律。

| Abstract: | The author states that in terms of cultivation of talents,we should take it as a special task of improving the students'ideological and political quality that we must give priority to the firm and correct political guidance,enhance the education of Marxism,Leninism,Mao-Zedong's Thoughts,particularly Deng-Xiaoping's Theory and"The Three Representatives".In addition,we must attach importance to all-round development of the talents with ideological education as a core.Consequently,the cultivating of students'innovativeness and practical performance should be highlighted in the ideological work in higher learning institutions so as to produce talents with high quality and carry forward the major melody of the times. |
