| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育中外合作办学的特点是:地域分布不均衡,且集中在本科层次;合作伙伴来自诸多不同国家;合作办学的主体多元化;合作办学的学科门类齐全。影响中外合作办学的因素主要包括:地缘因素、经济因素、教育实力因素、市场因素。
