| 摘 要： | 运动员安置已成为我国竞技体育发展面临的重大问题，大力发展体育职业教育是解决该问题的重要途径。对体育职业院校发展的定位、体育职业教育的特点、培养目标、教学管理模式、师资队伍等方面进行系统梳理和分析，认为体育职业院校在运动员培养和安置方面具有独特优势，能够弥补当前高校高水平运动队的不足，对中国竞技体育的持续发展具有一定的保障作用。

| Abstract: | The athlete resettlement has become China＇s big problem the athletic sports face and striving to develop the sports vocational education is an important way to solve this problem. Combing and analysing the sports vocational colleges＇ development orientation, sports vocational education characteristics, training target, teaching management mode, faculty and so on, this paper thinks that the sports vocational college has unique advantages in athletes training and resettlement, and makes up for the current shortage of high level sports team in the universities so as to ensure the sustainable development of competitive sports in China. |
