| 摘 要： | 民办高校教学档案建设对高校教学质量评估和教学管理起着举足轻重的作用。民办本科高校因成立时间短,经验不足,对各分院教学档案建立和管理方面长期存在重视不够、管理缺失的问题。通过寻找、分析教学档案建设存在问题的成因,找出教学档案建设的主要途径是完善教学档案管理制度;明确教学档案归档范围;树立教学档案建设意识;提高教学档案管理人员素质;增强教学档案监管力度。
