| 摘 要： | 就业指导课是高校开展就业指导工作的重要手段和方式,是对大学生进行就业观念教育和职业规划教育的主渠道,但大学生就业指导课程本身和大学生对课程的诉求之间存在着矛盾,因此,对就业指导课进行改革和完善,才能不断提高教育质量,利于实现大学生的全面就业。笔者从分析高校就业指导课现状入手并提出了改进就业指导课的建议。
