| 摘 要： | 本文在论述当代儒商研究的背景和传统儒商精神的基础上，探讨了现代儒商对传统的超越问题。文章认为。现代儒商精神对传统儒商精神的超越主要表现在四个方面：现代儒商应该坚持义利统一，追求利益最大化；要勇于竞争，善于竞争；要有法制观念；要勇于创新、不断创新。

| Abstract: | On the basic study of traditional refined businessmen's spirit and the background of modern refined businessmen. This articl focuses on the surmount of their traditional spirit. This article raises four arguments. Firstly, modern refined businessmen should unite their morality and profit. Secondly, they should try to make more profit, trying to be competitive. Thirdly, their sence of legal system. Finally, their continuity of creativity. |
