| 摘 要： | 礼仪是人际交往的润滑剂，在形成良好的人际关系，促进国际交流，推动社会进步等方面发挥着极其重要的作用。规范、恰当的礼仪服务是高质量的旅游服务的前提和基础。礼仪教育是培养学生职业素质、礼仪服务技能的主要手段。如何进行恰当的礼仪教育，培养高素质的旅游人才是当前旅游管理专业急需探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | The article emphasis that manners are the lubricant for human association, and good manners play an extremely important role in forming good human relationships, accelerating international communication and promoting social advancement. The standard and appropriate manners serve as the precondition and bedrock of high quality travel service, and manner education is an essential way to cultivate professional quality and formal service techniques. Therefore, the paper points out that the sufficient proprieties education to cultivate talented persons with good travel service skills is to be discussed necessarily and seriously. |
