| 摘 要： | 随着21世纪的到来，现代科学技术的发展正从过去的小科技时代、大科技时代转向超大科技时代。这种新时代的转变是不随人们的意志为转移的。从小科技到大科技再到超大科技，世界科技发展模式正在经历一场变革．这场变革表明现代科技发展的规模、结构、功能、性质正在发生深刻变化。对这场变革以及这场变革所产生的巨大影响的充分认识和研究，将对我国未来科技发展战略和政策的制定以及走中国特色自主创新之路，建设创新型国家具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Along with the arrival of 21 century, the development of modern science and technology is changing from the times of little science and big science to the times of super science. The times change does not transfer with the consciousness of mankind. From little science to big science and then arrives to super science, the world development of science and technology is going through a transform. This transform shows the function, nature, structure and scale of the modern science and technology is changing deeply. To the ample knowledge and research of the transform have very important meaning that for the future of our country establishment that strategy and policy of science and technology as well as the option that pattern of science and technology developments. |
