| 摘 要： | 英文合同在签订以后开始履行的过程中,有时候可能因为当事双方就合同语句含义的理解不一致而导致争端,或者有些条款在语言表达上意思不清楚、模糊或者不确定而产生歧义,这需要法院或仲裁机构或当事方通过协商方式对其通常的意义进行解释。本文从语言规则的角度阐述了用于解释英文合同的几种重要规则的含义以及这些规则的特殊意义。在此过程中用实例分析了这些语言规则在英文合同解释中的运用。

| Abstract: | English contract needs to be interpreted by the parties to the contract,courts or arbitration agencies in the process of its performance in the event of a dispute arising from the disagreement as to the understanding of the contract clauses or because of the uncertainty and unclearness of the expression of the contract words.This paper researches into the meaning and significance of some important language rules and how these language rules are applied in the interpretation of English contract. |
