| Abstract: | In Yongshu,Chen Chi disclosed the corruption of government officials’and the evils of official circles in the late Qing Dynasty,requested to reform the system to choose officials and the merit system,raised suggestions to improve officials’salary treatment and to penalize the corruption of the official circles.He appealed to simplify the government organizations,to reduce redundant officials,to establish parliament,to elect local officials and increase administration efficiency. |
