| 摘 要： | 通过对我国792所本科高校图书馆科技查新服务的网上调查,分析了查新机构的科技查新资质、科技查新资源、科技查新人员、科技查新制度、科技查新收费、科技查新时间、科技查新服务对象,指出我国高校图书馆的科技查新服务存在区域发展不平衡、缺乏统一规范的管理、对外服务能力较低、缺乏权威部门认定的查新资质、缺乏合作查新的细则等问题,提出了设立区域性高校查新站管理中心、加强兼职查新员队伍建设、严格审查查新资质、制定馆际合作查新细则等建议。

| Abstract: | Take 792 undergraduate universities as research object,investigated the present condition of sci-tech novelty search service via online survey.Analyzed the sci-tech novelty search qualification of institutions,and resource,personnel,bylaw,charge,time,and service object of sci-tech novelty search.Concerning the current existing problems,such as imbalanced regional development,uniform normative management lackage,low external service ability,sci-tech novelty search qualification evaluation lackage,and novelty search cooperation rules lackage.some contermeasures are proposed,such as setting up management center for regional university sci-tech novelty station,strengthening the construction of part-time sci-tech novelty search personnel,examining the sci-tech novelty search qualification strictly,and establishing detailed operational rules for interlibrary cooperative sci-tech novelty. |
