| 摘 要： | 以科斯定理为基础,对规制垄断行为的成本进行分析,可以将各国反垄断法律责任制度归纳为三种不同的制度模式。并且在比较分析各国规制垄断行为成本高低的基础上,结合我国目前现有的司法资源以及本土的市场经济现状,提出了我国对反垄断法律责任制度进行修改与完善的见解。

| Abstract: | The Coase Theorem as a regulated monopoly cost basis of the analysis,national antitrust liability can be grouped into three different institutional system models.And in the comparative analysis of national regulation of monopolistic behavior on the basis of high and low cost,according to current resources and existing legal status of the local market economy,the paper advances China’s antitrust law to modify and improve the responsibility system. |
