摘    要:农村基础教育是我国基础教育的重中之重,但一直以来处于劣势的地位,旨在以“每一位学生发展”的新课改非但没能扭转这一局面,反而表现出严重的“城市化倾向”,使农村基础教育陷入新的边缘区。挖掘边缘化的原因并寻求相应的对策以推进新课改在农村地区的良性发展,已成为研究的重点。

Abstract:Rural elementary education is in the top priority of Chinese elementary education,but it has been at a disadvantageous status.The new curriculum reform which seeks "development of every student" not only failed to reverse this situation,but also displayed serious "urbanized tendency",which causes rural elementary education to fall into the new fringe area.It has become the focus of the study to find the reasons and seek the corresponding countermeasures to promote the new curriculum reform in the rural areas.
