| 摘 要： | 土地资源配置体制与供给模式对房地产市场影响日益凸显。本文系统回顾我国城市土地资源配置的演进过程,对土地储备实施制度前后供给模式及其特点进行对比分析,归纳土地供给模式对于房地产市场影响的路径。土地供给模式从宏观和微观层面对房地产市场产生系统性的影响,地方政府是重要的利益相关者。稳定市场预期,增加供给渠道,规范土地收益使用机制是稳定房地产市场的必要举措。
