| 摘 要： | 激励理论是管理学中的基础理论,它揭示了人的个体行为和组织行为,以及个体需求和组织目标之间的关系,任何组织无论采取何种管理模式都十分重视激励手段的采用.团队管理模式是近年在企业管理中普遍采取的一种新的管理模式,尽管团队管理具有与传统职能管理截然不同的特点,但团队管理中同样非常重视团队激励,不同的激励理论对团队激励有什么影响,在团队激励中如何更好的应用各种激励理论,以达到团队的激励目标,正是为各界所关注的.
