| 摘 要： | 人类的一切经济活动都必须在特定的自然条件下展开,自然条件的优劣,必然直接影响经济活动的成效。为了保证民族活动的成功,就要弄清资源配置与民族文化的关系,以及在这类经济活动中自然条件的差异如何制约其经济活动的效益,以至于对从事其经济活动过程中对自然条件的充分利用,使在经济活动中处于主动地位。

| Abstract: | All man's economic activities must develop on some certain conditions,and their effectiveness was affected by natural conditions.To make the national activity,we must clarify the relationship between resource disposal and national economic development and how the national condition of this economic activity affects these activities' effectiveness,so that we can make full use of different conditions as active role in its practical course. |
