| 摘 要： | 高职对外贸易专业的课程体系中,法律课程如何定位.成为对外贸易专业教学改革的"瓶颈".要解决这一问题,准确地对法律课程进行定位是关键.法律课程与英语课程同样属于对外贸易专业的工具课程,根据现行法律课程教学存在的问题,构建服务于专业课程的法律课程子系,并按照行动导向的要求,科学合理地整合法律课程的内容,开发简洁高效的法律教材,在教学过程中保持与专业课程之间的衔接与匹配,是突破高职对外贸易专业法律瓶颈的关键所在.
