| 摘 要： | 体育教学与其它学科的教学存在很大的不同，如何在体育教学中建立良好的师生关系是影响教学效果的一个重要方面。本研究试图通过调查和访淡，弄清在体育教学中教师的哪些品质影响教师生之间的交往以及师生对这些品质的重要程度的认知。调查表明，在对影响师生关系的教师品质的评价中，教师和学生之间存在一定的认知差异；学生之间存在性别和年龄的差异。建议教师在体育教学过程中应该根据不同的对象采取不同的方式进行教学，以建立良好的师生关系，从而达到良好的教学效果。
