| 摘 要： | 跳马技术中上板踏跳及合理的推手是影响跳马动作质量的关键技术。文章从生物力学角度以支撑臂肌群工作能力对跳马支撑的主要时机加以分析，探寻跳马第二腾空高度和远度的新的教学训练途径。

| Abstract: | Boarding,jumping and pushing properly are of great importance in vaulting horse techniques,which are closely related to the quality of horse vaulting. In the paper,the new teaching and practice approaches about the height and distance of the second jump in vaulting horse are probed based on the analysis of the high time to push the horse with arm muscular tissue ability biologically. |
