| 摘 要： | 高校教师廉洁从教不仅对教育、教学质量产生重要影响，也会影响到整个社会的和谐与稳定。在分析高校教师廉洁从教现状、成因的基础上提出健全机制、加强学习、健全学术评价体系、整合资源，拓展渠道等四个主要方面加强廉洁从教教育，从而有效促进高校师德师风的建设。
