| Abstract: | Based on discussing the concept and types of environment of independent innovation (II) for private enterprises, this paper puts forward the assessment principles and frame of regional soft environment of II for private enterprises at present. According to the frame, the paper analyses the soft environment of II for the private enterprises of coastal areas in Fujian province. |
