| 摘 要： | 根据高等职业院校的特点,优秀拔尖人才的培养必须与企业紧密合作,必须为地方经济转型升级服务。因此,可以搭建一个政企校创新合作平台,在政府主导下、企业和学校共同参与,以增强人才培养水平和企业创新能力为根本任务,开展全面创新合作,共同培养优秀的高端技能型专门人才。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of high vocational colleges, the training of top talents should be cooperated with the enterprises and meanwhile it must serve the regional economic reconstructing. Hence, s new cooperation platform between the government and enterprises may be established to achieve this goal. Under the leadership of the government, enterprises and colleges should participate in it together and regard improving education levels and enterprises＇ renovation ability as the foremost tasks. They could start the comprehensive innovative cooperation and foster the too skilled talents of high scale together. |
