| 摘 要： | 义务教育是国家对适龄儿童和青少年免费实施一定年限的强迫教育，它具有教育公平的特点。然而，农民工子女与城市少年儿童相比，他们在入学机会、教育过程与教育结果方面凸显教育公平的欠缺，这主要归因于城乡二元分割的户籍制度、义务教育经费投入不足与义务教育管理体制缺陷等。对此，只有改革义务教育管理体制，保障农民工子女义务教育经费，改革学校内部的管理体制，才能保障农民工子女享有公平的义务教育。

| Abstract: | Compulsory education is an education that is given to school - age children free of charge in a certain number of years, which has the characteristic of education fairness. However, migrant workers＇ children, compared with their urban counterparts, are unfairly treated in enrollment, education process and education outcomes, which was mainly due to the urban - rural divided household registration system, lack of compulsory education funds deficiency in management system of compulsory education. Therefore, only by reforming management system of compulsory education, guaranteeing funds of compulsory education of migrant workers＇ children, and reforming the internal management system of schools, can migrant workers＇ children accept fair education. |
