| 摘 要： | 近年来，作为一种具有可迁移性、适用各种职业、能适应岗位不断变换等特征的职业核心能力引起了国内学者的广泛关注。文章从概念由来、研究概况、内涵界定、开发问题、开发策略等方面对我国职业核心能力开发研究进行了梳理，提出需进一步丰富职业核心能力内涵研究，拓展研究范围，进一步提高研究的实效性，以构建完整、系统的职业核心能力开发系统。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the characterization of transferability, adaptability in vocational core competence has been widely concerned by domestic scholars. This article has combed the exploration of vocational core competencies from the concept＇s origination, research overview, connotation definition, development and its strategy. It has proposed the need to further enrich the study of connotation, expand the scope of the study, and fiLrther improvement of the effectiveness in the study, in order to build up a complete system of the develooment of vocational core competencies. |
