| 摘 要： | 中国动画教学在热闹的背后,问题颇多：人才培养模式与市场需求脱节,高职院校学生基础相对薄弱、学习时间短,师资质量不高、数量不足,硬件教学资源缺乏。高职院校应该加强动画教学与市场的结合,优化师资结构,充实人才资源,加大资金投入,更新课程设置等。

| Abstract: | Despite the boom of animation education in China,there exist a lot of problems,which include： the discrepancy between student training pattern and market demands,the inadequacy of vocational college students＇ qualities,the insufficiency of learning time,the lack of competent teachers and the shortage of teaching facilities.Therefore,vocational colleges should take into account the market demand when offering animation education,optimize the structure of teaching staff,recruit more talents,increase teaching investment,and modernize the teaching curriculum. |
