| 摘 要： | 学校体育场馆对外开放所带来的成本补偿问题一直是大家很关注的问题。本文从公共产品的理论出发，探讨了学校体育场馆的“准公共产品性质”，对其对外开放所采取的成本补偿进行了分类分析，旨在为学校体育场馆对外开放的成本补偿提供一个较为客观的理论依据。对于只有边际生产成本，而没有边际拥挤成本的健身服务产品而言，可以采取免费开放，政府补贴的方式。对于既有边际生产成本又有边际拥挤成本的健身服务产品，应该采取多种补偿方式。

| Abstract: | The cost compensation for the opening of school sports venues to the public has been the focus of attention in public circles. This article discusses ＂the nature of quasi - public goods＂ of public sports facilities, has been the classification analysis of the cost compensation, and can form an objective theoretical basis for the cost compensation of the opening of school sports venues. Only for the marginal cost of production , has taken of the free opening on basis of the way of the government subsidies. For marginal congestion cost of fitness services,should adopt a variety of compensation methods. |
