| 摘 要： | 我国旅游业的发展速度很快，但也存在诸多问题，而其中人才短缺、旅游教育滞后是最主要的问题。旅游高等教育应及时明确办学方向，全面推进素质教育，培养高层次旅游服务及管理人才，以满足我国旅游业发展的需要。

It is necessary for the tourism higher education to nail down its direction, all round promote its quality; cultivate high level tourism people of service and management; so as to meet the needs for the development of the tourism trade of our country. |
