摘    要:采用断续流动氢化物发生一原子荧光法测定化学实验室的挥发态汞,试验并优化了分析条件.在确定的最佳测定条件下,汞浓度在0.O—12.0ng/mL浓度范围内与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.013ng/mL,分析测量值的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.3%.测定结果表明,不同操作环境的化学实验室存在着程度不同的汞污染,对师生健康存在潜在威胁,应引起人们的足够重视.

Abstract:Intermittently flowing Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is used to analyze the volatile mercury in chemistry laboratories,and the analysis conditions were tested and optimized.Under the optimal analysis conditions,the linear range of determination was 0.0—2.0ng/mL.The detection limit of the method is 0.013ng/mL,and the RSD was less than 4.3%.The determination result shows mercury contamination exists in chemistry laboratory and should be taken into adequate consideration.
