| 摘 要： | 现代企业经营管理在追求效率的同时，为了抗御由于陕速知识更新、技术发展、全球激烈竞争所带来的更大经营风险，保持企业的生存与可持续发展，必须转变传统效率至上的精准管理信条，实施冗余管理战略。文章在论证了企业实施冗余管理战略必要性的基础上，提出了基于核心竞争力培育的人力资本投资冗余管理战略，基于企业团队凝聚力的员工心理契约维系冗余管理战略，以及基于和谐氛围的企业公关能力建设冗余管理战略。同时论证提出了企业冗余管理中冗余度的掌握方法。

| Abstract: | At the same time of the pursuit of efficiency,modern enterprise must change the traditional doctrine,that is,the precise management credo of efficiency supremacy and implement the redundancy management strategy,in order to resist the bigger management risk of rapid knowledge and technology development and global competition and to keep surviving and sustainable development.On the basis of necessity argumentation of enterprises to implement redundancy management strategy,this paper presents the redundancy management strategy of human capital investment on the based of cultivation of core competence and the redundancy management strategy of employee psychological contract maintenance on the based of team cohesion and the redundancy management strategy of the enterprise public relations ability construction on the based of harmonious atmosphere.At the same time,this paper presents the redundancy control method in enterprise redundancy management. |
