| 摘 要： | 3G时代的到来,使得移动学习驶进了快速发展的通道,但因3G初期面临的诸多弊端,在一定程度上制约着其发展。文章通过案例设计与应用分析发现容量小、易开发、品质高的Flash动画能以其自身所特有的功能和优势有效弥补3G初期的弊端,为移动学习的发展开辟了新的途径和方法。最后,文章从技术和艺术两层面对手机Flash动画在未来移动学习中的设计和应用进一步作了深入探析。

| Abstract: | With the development of the 3G technology,M-learning enters a period of rapid growth.But meanwhile it also restricts the development of M-learning due to several shortcomings in its early days.According to the application analysis and case design,the paper finds out Flash animation,which has its own unique features：small capacity,easy to develop,high-quality and can make up for 3G＇s initial disadvantages,and presents a new approach and means for the development of M-learning.In the end,from the technical and artistic two aspects,the paper makes a further research in the design and application of cell phone Flash animation in M-learning. |
