| 摘 要： | 在高校实施学分制改革之前，普通高校体育教育虽然进行了一系列的改革，但都是以体育为必修课的前提下进行的，许多措施并未落到实处。在新一轮的高校学分制改革全面启动之后，高校体育课也将由必修改为选修，在目前相当一部分学生“厌体”的情况下，高校体育教师肯定会面临着转岗或失业的危机，如何应对这种危机，将是普通高校体育教师普遍关注的热点。

The crisis and outlet of P.E. teachers in universities |

| Abstract: | Although P.E. has undergone a series of reform in universities before the implement of credit system, there is a prerequisite that P.E. is one of the compulsory courses and many measures have not been carried out. With a new onset of credit system reform and a considerable number of students' disliking P.E., P.E. in universities has a trend to be changed into an optional course. Simultaneously, the teachers will surely face a crisis of transference or even unemployment. How to cope with the crisis is to be a focus among the P.E. teachers in universities. |
