保定市城市用地扩展的时空演变分析

摘    要:城市地域空间扩展情况是衡量城市化水平的重要测度指标.该文以城市建成区土地利用的时空演变为研究对象,以与城市发展相关的历史文献资料、城市统计资料、城市土地利用图为研究基础,以GIS空间分析、相关分析等数学方法为研究手段对保定历史时期及近50年来的城市土地扩展的时空变化进行了系统分析和总结.将保定市城市土地扩展的时间演变过程划分为2个主要历史时期和3个次要阶段,即1948年前的传统城市发展时期和1949年~2000年的现代城市化发展时期.其中现代城市化发展时期又可进一步化分为3个次要阶段:1949年~1963年的跳跃式发展阶段,1963年~1981年的波动式发展阶段以及1981年~2000年的稳定快速发展阶段.并基于图层叠加对保定城市用地空间变化过程进行了分析.城市用地扩展受诸多因素的影响,该文简要讨论了其中最主要的3个驱动力:政策变化、经济发展和人口增长.

Abstract:Urbanization results in some profound changes of the urban and rural landscapes. In recent years, urban expansion has been a hot research topic. Choosing urban built-up area as the indicator for the urban development level, this paper provides a definite illustration of the spatial patterns and growth rates of changes resulting from urban development. In this paper, when, how and why the changes occurred in urban land use changes through the case study of the urban built-up area of Baoding are described. This paper studies urban land use change by analyzing some concerned historical literatures, urban built-up area maps and digitizing with GIS. The authors consider the change of urban built-up area as an important indicator for urbanization expansion and briefly analyze the expansion change of built-up area in the city. Based on the temporal review, the urban land expansion of the city could be briefly divided into 2 major stages and three sub-periods in the past, i.e. 1). historical period before 1948, the traditional urban development period; 2). modern urbanization development period from 1949 to 2000, covering the sub-periods of jumping style period 1949 to 1963, fluctuant style period:1963 to 1981 and fast development period:1981 to 2000. The spatial review was analyzed by overlap of three urban land use maps. By the overlapping map we can see the process of urban land use in Baoding city clearly and directly. The total increased built-up area of the city is 60.8 sq km, this city has been expanded more than 12 times from 1948 to 2000, the averaged expansion rate is about 1.2 sq km per year, from 1948 to 1986 is 38.2 km~2, averagely 1.0 sq km per year, but 22.6 km~2 from 1986 to 2000, 1.6 sq km per year. From this map, we can see that the urbanization rate of the city has been accelerated and the build-up area of the city has been expanded from the central part to outskirts in the past more than 50 years. Like the development of other cities in China, the configuration of this city has an obviously centrifugal tendency. Many factors have contributed to the urban land use changes. But three major driving forces, institution and policy change, economic development and population growth, are the most important factors.
