| Abstract: | The current sports competition system in our country is mostly a single track system that is not suitable to the sports development under free-market conditions. This research focus on the possibilities that faculties of P. E. and sports sciences within higher institutions are involved in sports competition system. The research shows what the faculties can do at present are: establishing amateur sports school for youth, establishing high-level professional sports teams attached to the higher institutions. |
