| 摘 要： | 在抗日战争时期，中国共产党的土地政策由土地革命时期的没收地主土地分配给农民所有转变为地主减租减息、农民交租交息的政策。减租减息政策简约易行，效率优先，以调整经济关系为突破口，循序渐进、平和务实地变革旧的土地所有制。减租减息政策在抗日根据地得到了成功的实践，其理论和实践价值是深远的。这一土地政策的重大转变，对于促进和巩固抗日民族统一战线，取得抗日战争的最后胜利有着极其重要的作用。
