| 摘 要： | 2008年年底．一场突如其来的金融危机席卷全球．企业的生存与发展面临着空前严峻的考验。为渡过这场难关，很多企业开始裁员。试图以此降低经营成本。确保企业的生存。本文首先剖析了裁员对于企业的负面影响；然后介绍了几种可行的替代性方案；最后，重点从人力资源管理的角度探讨了在危机面前，企业如何逆向思维，将危局转化为机会。

| Abstract: | At the end of 2008, a sudden financial crisis swept the world. All of the enterprises faced tough test of how to survive and develop. To get over this difficulty, many enterprises began to reduce the staff to cut down their operating cost in order to survive. Firstly, this thesis analyzes some negative influences of reducing staff on enterprises. Then, some applied alternative methods are introdueed. Finally, from the point of view of human resource management, this thesis discusses how to use converse thinking to transform the crisis into development opportunity when enterprises face the crisis. |
