| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招，学生党员数量增加，新时期的党建工作遇到了新的课题。笔者根据个人的理解以及工作实际对党支部建在班上的理论依据、重要意义进行了分析，并对工作中所遇到的问题提出一些想法和建议，以期对今后全面推进班级党支部建设和基层党建工作，发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用有所帮助。
