| 摘 要： | 针对高等院校科研管理中存在的时间浪费现象,指出时间管理在高校科研管理中的重要性,并引用实例详细阐述了如何在实际工作中通过选择工作重心、促进科研团队合作以及利用现代科技手段有效节约时间、借用时间和减少时间浪费,从而最大限度地开发科研教师的时间资源.
