| 摘 要： | 本文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法对河南省贫困地区具有代表性的六个县区中学体育师资队伍建设的现状进行分析,针对河南省贫困地区中学体育师资队伍现状和发展存在的一些现实问题,提出相应的对策和建议,希望能为贫困地区体育教育事业的发展提供服务与帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper,mainly through adopting the law of documents and materials,interview law,investigation method of the questionnaire,logic analytic approach and statistic law of mathematics and physics analyze.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to some realistic problems existing in current situation and development of sports teachers' team of middle school of Henan Province.Hope to provide service for the development of sports educational undertaking of poverty-stricken area and help. |
