| Abstract: | The development of the offshore service outsourcing industry in Liaoning Province is introduced. The industrial competitiveness offshore outsourcing services in Liaoning Province are analyzed from a macro level by using Potter＇s Diamond Model. Some feasible strategies are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of the offshore service outsourcing industry in Liaoning Province. |
