| 摘 要： | 分析了辽宁省当前社会网络舆情事件频发的态势,指出了应对方面存在的问题.认为政府应提高舆情危机意识,加强网络舆情的监测与预警,转变舆情应对的陈旧观念,构建协同治理模式,加强网络法制建设和网络道德建设,改善网络舆情应对工作.

| Abstract: | The current situation of frequent events of social network public opinion in Liaoning is analyzed. The existing problems in response are pointed out. In order to improve government＇s response capacity to network public opinion, government should raise awareness of the crisis of public opinion, strengthen monitoring and early warning on network public opinion, transform the stereotypical attitudes of coping strateties, build collaborative governance mode, and strengthen the network legal system and network ethics construction, etc. |
