| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，特别是我国学校体育工作的深化改革与迅速发展，对体育教育专业人才培养提出了新的更高的要求，传统的体育教育专业人才培养模式已经不能适应当今社会对体育教育专业人才的需求。探索、改革和优化现有的人才培养模式，对提高体育专业人才培养质量具有重要的实践意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of society, especially the deepening of reform and rapid development of school physical education, new and higher requirements for sports personnel training are put forward. The traditional sports personnel training mode cannot meet today＇s demand for physical education professionals. Exploring, reforming and optimizing the existing talent training mode, has important practical significance in improving the quality of sports personnel training. |
