| Abstract: | The concurrence of regional trade agreements and WTO agreement brings challenges to the integrity and predictability of the international trade legal system. On the basic of analyzing the coincidence types of substantive law and the procedural law under regional trade agreements and the WTO, the principles of international law about legal concurrent are summarized, in order to seek for methods to solve the concurrence of laws under RTA and the WTO. |
