| 摘 要： | 运用问卷法和数理统计,对天津市普通高校贯彻体育课程教学指导纲要的情况进行实证研究,结果表明:(1)体育教师的知识结构和业务能力可以胜任新教学纲要的要求,但就总体而言,加大培训的力度和针对性、拓宽传播课程改革的信息渠道、提高执教新指导纲要的技能和效果、改善教学设施是目前高校体育主管部门所面临的一项既重要又迫切的工作;(2)从思想观念、师资队伍、课程体系、物质条件等方面综合衡量天津市普通高校体育现代化的发展道路和措施,我们还需要在实践中不断探索、不断研究、不断完善。

| Abstract: | At present in the supervision of referee's work in china is faced with problems such as dislocation of the supervisional institions,inefficiency of prosecution,difficult intervention of judicature and ineffective investigation and connection etc?Therefore,independent supervisional institution of judging and referee income supervision system need to be set up?Moreover,responsibilities of the referee supervision should be defined?Judical intervention should be introduced?Multi-dimentional supervision system ought to be established to make sure that the referee is judging by law. |
