| 摘 要： | 我国的政府信息资源管理和建设历经20余年的发展，已经取得了突出成就，但仍然面临信息孤岛、重复建设、投资黑洞的等诸多问题和挑战。从企业架构的视角进行分析，结合我国政府信息资源管理的现实需求和国外政府的成功实践，论证EA在我国政府信息资源管理中应用的必要性和可行性，指出信息共享作为信息资源管理的关键环节，对跨部门协作和公开透明的公共服务起着重要作用。对政府部门工作人员进行了问卷调查，探讨数据架构对企业架构在我国政府信息资源管理中的应用模式，以期为我国政府信息资源管理中面临的问题提供可行的参考和解决方案。

| Abstract: | There have been some outstanding improvements concerning China's government information management in recent years. While we still face the challenges of information isolated island, redundant construction, investment black hole etc. This paper analyzes the problem from the enterprise architecture perspective. From the practical needs of Chinese government information resource management and the successful experience from other foreign countries, the implementation of enterprise architecture is proved to be necessary and feasible. Information sharing plays an important role in government information management concerning collaboration across various departments and transparent public services. This paper conducts a survey among government staff. Based on some findings from the survey, this paper focused on data architecture and discussed its application pattern in Chinese government information resource management, in the hope of providing some references and solutions to the challenges. |
