| 摘 要： | 介绍党的十八届三中全会提出的构建现代公共文化服务体系的时代任务，指出其中一个重要任务就是促进公共文化服务均等化。以东莞图书馆公共服务体系的实践为例，通过对国内外图书馆公共服务体系在实现均等化方面的现状对比，针对东莞图书馆公共服务体系均等化服务的现状和存在问题，探讨如何促进图书馆公共服务体系均等化的实现策略。

| Abstract: | It is proposed in the third plenum of 18th Central Committee of CPC that to build a modern public culture service system has become a top priority of current era and to promote the equalization of public culture service is one of significant tasks. This paper takes the Dongguan Library as an example and compares the models of libraries from home and abroad. Then it develops solutions to the problems of library service equalization through analyzing the public services provided by Dongguan Library. |
