| 摘 要： | 从信息视角探讨差错信息的内涵及其特征、差错信息对组织发展的负面和正面影响。认为对差错信息进行管理可以最大限度地减轻甚至消除差错带来的不良影响，提出通过培育积极的差错管理文化、化解信息失灵、构建差错报告系统3个措施，增强员工提供差错信息的意愿。指出对差错信息及其管理的研究应成为信息管理学科的新领域。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of information, this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of error information, and its negative and positive effects on the organizational development. To minimize or even eliminate negative effects, organizations should manage error information This paper puts forward three specific proposals and measures to improve employees' willingness of providing error information, which includes cultivating positive error management culture, defusing the problem of information failure and constructing error reporting system. At last, it points out that the study on error information and its management should become a new research area of the information management discipline. |
