| 摘 要： | 以具有代表性的7个印度图书馆联盟为例，介绍印度图书馆联盟战略规划概况，并且从体例、内容以及实践中存在的问题3个方面分析其联盟战略规划的实践现状；在总结印度图书馆联盟战略规划经验的基础上，提出强化意识，重视制定团队的专业性，保证文本规范性，注重战略规划的公开、实施反馈及评估等建议，为推动我国图书馆联盟战略规划的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Strategic planning is a managing tool which guides the organization to make scientific decision. To promote the development of the library consortium strategic planning in China, the paper introduces the general situation of library consortium strategic planning in India, describes the status of consortium strategic planning from three aspects including style, content and problems in practice by the example of the library consortia in India. And on this basis of summarizing the practice of library consortium strategic planning in India, it proposes to strengthen the sense, emphasis on the development team, ensure the normative text and focus on the openness, implementation, feedback, evaluation of strategic planning, etc. |
